Service Description

During an NMT session, the therapist will apply pressure to specific trigger points in the muscle using their hands, fingers, or elbows. The therapist may also stretch the muscle to help improve its function and flexibility. NMT is usually a more intense type of massage than a relaxation massage, and it may cause some discomfort as the therapist works to release muscle tension. However, many people find that the benefits of NMT, such as reduced muscle pain and improved mobility, outweigh any temporary discomfort.
